You need a Standard Bank ID to sign into the new Internet banking site. Your Standard Bank ID is your unique e-mail address and password.
If you've done any banking on our new app for tablets or the latest version of our
Smartphone App, then you already have a Standard Bank ID, so then you can use your
existing details to sign into the new Internet banking site.
If you don't have a Standard Bank ID yet, create one with these easy steps:

Visit the Internet banking sign-in page

Click on Create your Standard Bank ID

When creating your Standard Bank ID, you will need to verify your email address, using the verification code sent to your email address. (This email address is your username created when registering and not your OTP email address)
